Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of our lives and, as a result, has affected people's mental health. Increased anxiety, stress and loneliness are just some of the feelings people are experiencing, and those already living with mental health problems could be facing extra challenges.

It's important to talk openly about mental health so people get the support they need and deserve with an appropriate intervention plan. To encourage conversations surrounding Mental Health, we put out a series of social media posts during Mental Health Awareness Week sharing some of the experiences our projects have faced and tackled together.
